"World of Tanks" by Steve Silbert @SteveSilbert

Today we are very happy to welcome an old friend of ours: Steve Silbert

He wrote:

As an agile coach I'm always looking for new ways to connect software developers with agile concepts. In my case, the teams I was working with were all video gamers. So I made an excuse to take up my XBox controller and play hours of World of Tanks. What I found was that the technique of mob programming is very similar to what I observed while playing the game. What better way to teach the programming technique than to make a sketchnote showing the parallels and facilitating a conversation with the developers. The teams were able to make the connection and immediately begin to put their discoveries into practice.

Very interesting, as usual, Steve!

Thank you for sharing with us.
