Implementing Change: Sketchnotes by Larry Molacek @LarryMolacek

Today we are happy to feature a work by Larry Molacek .

He wrote:

This is my first public sketchnote. I got the idea from Sylvia Duckworth's book and modified it for implementing change. When implementing change people are at different levels of agreement and implementation of the change and the pencil metaphor shows the size and amount of push-back leaders face during the change process.

You can find more of Larry's works on his Blog .

Very interesting and informative nad the pencil metaphor is genius.

Great work Larry!
