VizThink Visual Note-Taking Workshop w/ Sunni Brown & Dave Gray

Vizthinklogo

If you plan to attend SXSW or live around Austin, Texas, VizThink is sponsoring a visual note-taking workshop on Thursday, March 10th with Sunni Brown & Dave Gray.

From the sign-up site:

Are you a raving fan of Sketchnotes or simply interested in improving your visual note-taking skills? Join us for a very special hands-on workshop -- just in time to use during SXSW -- coached by VizThink luminaries Sunni Brown and Dave Gray (who presented a hugely popular SXSW panel on this topic last year).

Participants will start with a quick overview of visual note-taking -- also known as VizNotes or Sketchnotes -- then spend the majority of the workshop in an open studio session actively practicing and using group critique to improve their skills. This will be an informative and fun work session that will equip participants with a deeper understanding of how to memorably capture concepts using visuals.

All materials and light refreshments will be provided. We'll also have several sponsored give-aways. Seats are limited so don't wait! Tickets required.

Cost is $55 for the 2 hour workshop (6:30-8:30pm) being held at Austin Center for Design (1011 San Jacinto Boulevard #202, Austin, TX 78701).
